Returns:
7-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Contact us at orders@secretsense.co.za or 061 446 4225 to initiate a return. We cover the first clothing exchange; further exchanges at client's expense.
Damaged Goods:
Report with photo evidence on delivery day via email or WhatsApp.
Refunds:
Processed within 14 working days after inspection. Bank Letter of Confirmation required for non-card refunds.
